This book is made with the intention to form a framework with the development of tools, to equip citizens globally with the means to be active stakeholders in the guarantee of governments enacting of safety protocols, that will enable citizens to actively do their part alongside their governments to ensure public safety.
This is especially important during COVID-19 global pandemic, where countries worldwide have not developed a unified and efficient contact tracing systems adaptable beyond tracing potential, or already confirmed COVID-19 cases.
In addition to, helping citizens globally transition into a post COVID-19 era of living, where all are able to live a meaningful life as they did before; without being hindered by the lack of a system that is not reliable in regaining such confidence in all people globally.
